This policy explains what information Note Brokering & Investing Academy ("we") collects when you use academy.notebrokering.com/, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message.
- Enrollment details. If you enroll in a course, we collect what is needed to give you access, such as your name and email. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
- Usage information. Like most websites, our servers log basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to see which lessons are read and which buttons are clicked.
- The note calculator. Numbers you type into the calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and support your enrollment.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To understand which lessons help people most, so we can improve them.
- To send course emails you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and, if analytics are enabled, to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the lessons will still work.
Who else sees your information
We use trusted service providers to run the site: web hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing. They only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and enrollment records only as long as we need them to help you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, such as California or Canada, you may have further rights under local privacy law. Email support@notebrokering.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
