Questions, answered
1Do I need money to broker notes?
No. As a broker you connect note sellers with investors who fund the purchase. Your money isn’t used to buy the note; you earn a fee for putting the deal together.
2How long does it take to learn?
The core modules can be worked through in a few weeks at your own pace. Most people keep the library open as a reference while working their first deals.
3Is this only for the US?
The training is written for the US and Canada. Rules on licensing and paperwork vary by state and province, and the lessons show you what to check where you live.
4Is this a get-rich-quick program?
No. Note brokering is a real business built one deal at a time. We teach the numbers and the process honestly, and we don’t make income claims.
